We’re breaking the rules this time. We each picked two!

We had 5 minutes and 1 light, and we knew we wanted a photo of Stacy and Bryan in the cornfield across from their reception. Hooray, for the newlyweds!

These two groomsmen were lounging in the pews while we were taking the family portraits.

Stacy’s brother, Tommy, was called to boot camp for his military training just a few days before his sister’s wedding. He sent a life-size cutout of himself to the rehearsal dinner, where he stood while someone read his toast on his behalf. This is a picture of Tommy hanging out in the hallway with a bridesmaid before the ceremony.

The junior bridesmaid caught the bouquet — which of course resulted in lots of shrieking and jumping up and down by all of the women.

I’m not really sure how to express how HAPPY we are that Sara and Itan chose us to photograph their wedding weekend! It was truly an honor, and we are blessed not only to have worked with an amazing bride and groom, but to have gained two new friends.

We’re having a really hard time narrowing to our 1st Picks, so we’re giving the tiniest sneak peek by sharing two details shots. The rings, and the dress. Oh, and, why yes – that IS a red wedding dress!
